:
There were multiple questions about the increased investments (SG&A, R&D both +56% YoY). Investments in Q1 were in-line with mgmt's plan. A significant amount of the SG&A increase was from MakerBot and new product introduction.

An analyst asked if rev and gross margin upside (Q1) would fall to the bottom line in upcoming quarters, mgmt sees operating leverage in 2H14.

Organic growth was 33%, previous guidance was for FY14 organic growth >25%. MakerBot results were strong, up ~80% QoQ.

When asked why co did not raise guidance, co says it is too early in the year and co will update guidance after it closes Solid Concepts and Harvest Technologies (early Q3?).
SSYS is down 7% in the premarket, set to open at a 9 month low.

The $85 level would appear to provide some support.

DDD and XONE are also lower in the premarket.
