This was my point you nitwit, that fertilization would have to done frequently making any program VERY expensive. Propoenents (i.e. iron salesmen), can't tell us that it wont trigginer blooms of bad algae. The best solution is to reduce CO2 emissions GLOBALLY. This addresses the ROOT cause of the problem. Capiche?
