>> Historians, looking back at the hash that his administration has made of his war in Iraq, his response to Hurricane Katrina and his Medicare drug plan, will have to grapple with how one president could so cosmically botch so many big things

Historians are different from the commentators of today. History will remember GWB 180 degrees differently than the bogus historians like Doug Brinkley and D. K. Goodwin see him. History will remember him the way McCollough remembered Adams and Truman.

Brinkley's attempt at providing an account of Katrina was destroyed by his political bias in which he tried to blame Bush; but any real historian would recognize that Bush handled Katrina precisely as he should. He had a government refusing the federal government access; an incompetent mayor who refused to evacuate until he was all but ORDERED by the president to do so; and that thousands of lives were saved by the Coast Guard, under his command, taking swift action.

The Medicare Part D was exactly as it should have been as well, the only federal health care plan in history to come in consistently on budget, and it actually came in massively under budget every year of its existence until the Democrats destroyed it with Obamacare.

And I've already corrected your remarks about Iraq.

Actually your remarks stolen without attribution, as usual.
