In your usual scurry to cut n paste, you didn't scroll down far enough....yes we know all about these other civilizations & tribes that were extremely active, why i brought up the most obvious of all----> Egyptians who were some of the earliest with these written records :

Virtually nothing from 600BC when it all starts to get nutz again in the 1rst century (like the Taliban/zealouts today), guess they were just enjoying the secular Hellenic peace a little too much after Alexander?
