We do stream Netflix and our Netflix screen time is probably at least half or more or our total time in front of the screen. As soon as I am able to stream and record live sports events or stream them without commercials then we will cancel our low value Comcast cable tv. Netflix is streamed from our wireless router to the smart Samsung television.

We have had a small amount of wait time likely do to rebuffering, a dropped signal or possible inadequate bandwidth. Not positive who I should be cursing when these happen but they are infrequent and have yet to happen mid-movie. I'm not sure of our router model and it would't help to check(I think) because it's old and the supposed stream strength is far above anything necessary. Now that you ask perhaps I really should be cursing our router manufacturer but think not.

The Yahama sound bar is excellent. The sound quality and system type is so integral to film and it seems that personal preference plays a role. In researching before buying a system I came across an article that maintained a very large screen placed relatively close to the viewer gives the impression of being 'in' the scene. The same might apply to surround sound versus a sound bar. My reasons for choosing the sound bar included cost, wiring, looks, the ability to upgrade easily and my wife's delicate hearing :<).

I'd give my system and A+ for quality/cost.
