My only concerns with quarterdeck are 1. bankrupcy, 2. running out of cash before marketing campaign can take affect, and 3. share dilution to raise funds. The CEO said that the ad campaign was make or break. All the spare change is going towards the ads. Howard Stern and USA Today aren't cheap and the camapign is only starting. Evan
