Geez. You do realize there are tons of cases that will be making it to the Court before this over? I know it is a pretty long shot, but the Sissel case alone stands at least some chance of having the entire law overturned. The Origination Clause was not thrown into the Constitution with minimal consideration. Maybe a 1-in-10 shot, but there will be others.

If the Constitution has any meaning it all the law will be thrown out.

That's because you're shallow. A corporation is definitely NOT a person. That was never the question. Money is NOT equal to speech. That was never the question, either. But the Court wisely understood that to be heard, it is money is a necessary precondition and corporations are the vital means of raising money.

Corporations are aggregations of persons. It isn't that complicated.
