I've tried not to be a nay-sayer regarding CHTL but at this point I think we remaining few are the people left on the Titanic without a lifeboat. I'm not going to dump what I have as there is no point at this juncture but it definitely looks like life-support will be pulled shortly. I'm going to devote more attention to my other holdings and periodically check on this (if necessary). I only wish it would end before 12/31 so we can have a tax write-off. I hope Ms. Burnison, et al got what they wanted before the ultimate demise because they sure screwed everyone else. Now I remember why I dislike attorneys....
