Hi Jaime,

An inverted yield curve without a Fed tightening? Wouldn't that be a first?

On the matter of Simula and its fundamentals, the company will be displaying ITS at the next Detroit meeting of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE...has its own website) in February.

In speaking with Mr. Townsend today, I learned that there will be "many" first-tier companies displaying the technology. In addition, Townsend made it clear that there would be no point in first-tier's displaying this product if they weren't already engaged in discussions about contracts with auto companies, including "numerous" platforms.

Right now, the market is being buffeted by tax losses and disappointment regarding the third quarter numbers. Moreover, there is no new news, and won't be (in my view) until one of the following happens:

1) a NHTSA statement on the new Standard 201 testing arrangements,
2) a NHTSA statement on rollover testing,
3) an ITS contract
4) announcement of positive year-end backlog figures, or
5) some communication of fourth quarter numbers to analysts prior to the expected announcement date, which most probably will be some time in mid March.

Have a good weekend, everyone.
