Eric, if people were actually worried about Global Warming, they'd paint their roof white for a very low price instead of putting black photovoltaics on the roof at huge expense. They would conserve energy instead by wearing insulating clothes, traveling by Cyberspace instead of Boeing, get deliveries by courier instead of driving their dirty great SUV to a mall, use efficient low volume showers and be quick about it, lose weight instead of turning on air conditioning, use food that requires no refrigeration [have a small refrigerator more like a cooler].

Having a white roof would reflect light back out without causing greenhouse effect. Having solar panels causes a LOT of heating, right there at the surface and then again by CO2 as some of the radiated energy is captured by CO2.

But we know that the Global Alarmists don't believe their own cant. That's why they are hypocrites.
