>> Dems are more accepting of diversity

I've seen no real evidence of this. For example, Barack Obama only supported gay marriage for political reasons. He "evolved" on the issue over the course of one week after considerable research found that he needed to solidify political support. In 1996 he claimed to "favor" gay marriage, while running for the state Senate. In 1998, while running for re-election, he said he was "undecided". In 2004 he was a "fierce supporter" of civil unions but opposed gay marriage. In 2008, marriage was one man and one woman. And you know the rest.

The point is that Dems are, like Republicans, accepting of diversity when it suits their political needs.

I'm sure SOME are, but certainly not "many", and it would be very difficult to show that more Republicans are racist than are Democrats.

One thing is certain: Democrats are far more apt to use race baiting tactics as we have seen over the last six years. It has been everywhere and it is shameful. There is at least 10x the amount of race baiting in use by Democrats as there is actual racism in Democrats and Republicans combined. Every single TV host on MSNBC is guilty of it -- Sharpton, Matthews, Ed Schultz, Maddow, this guy Toure, all of them.

And the President, himself, has at times been racist, as when he unjustly attacked a while police officer for doing his job with regard to a black university professor subject.

You can make these claims but it is more race baiting, IMO.
