He claimed that the ACA was forcing religious org to do things they did not want to do. Exactly. Its forcing them to pay for abortficant drugs. Roe vs Wade doesn't apply well to that, but to the extent it does at all it would seem to back the religious organizations, as the PPACA attempts to invade their "privacy" on this issue.
