Lee,Bill,Jim et al: I am one of a group of San Deigo investors who hold very large positions in INCE. I have enjoyed your ruminations over these many arduous months as our investment sunk to ever greater depths. I have had the opportunity to meet with Paul on two separate occasions and have had numerous discussions with he and Gil regarding INCE and SIGMA. My initial scepticisn and hostility over the breakup of the old Intercell has been replaced by a new found confidence in their abilities to assiduously manage an operating company. The dearth of infomation to date has been Paul's desire to provide factual rather than fanciful statements as was the wont of the prior management...this information is now forthcoming! Ron and Herb are moving apace at Microlink with very substantive talks being held with two major interconnect companies. This is of major import to INCE although it will take 12-18 months to bring this technology to fruition. I plan on visiting SIGMA again in the near future and will advise you on my impressions.
