Is the top 10% still doing most of the buying and deal making? Remains to be seen if enough momentum gets generated to loosen lending standards and get around Dodd Frank nationwide. I'd love to see what the typical financing is these days for an end user in the high cost coastal submarkets and if that has changed at all from the dark days of 2009..
