You're trying to split hairs in his defense. The rational for sending Rice out to do the lying for Obama was designed to provide plauipsible deniability. There was no reason for her to have been involved. We questioned it at the time as being awfully strange they sent her out rather than someone more involved with the president.

The lie was in claiming it had something to do with the video when they knew it didn't.

And the record of Obama's law breaking activity is clear, is huge, and serious. Not only has he refused to enforce the very laws he signed, for political purposes. But he has refused to carry out his constitutional mandate with respect to enforcement of numerous criminal provisions.

And according to the standard you bums applied to Bush, he must be a war criminal.
