When I orginally shorted this a little voice in the back of my head said this thing would come to a head some time after the first of the year,not that it would collapse then, but that they would have to start answering questions. The last Annual Report was dated Dec '96. I don't know when the '97 will be available, but I will have some questions for them in Jan. about testing and production, penalties and payments; if they don't have some answers I think people who are long will too and then things could get interesting.
