In November 2008 after the presidential election Barack Obama promised to fix America’s“crumbling roads and bridges” with his trillion dollar Keynesian stimulus plan.


It never happened.

A trillion dollars and five years later, Barack Obama is still pushing to fix America’s“crumbling roads and bridges” once again.
Obama pitched his roads and bridges plan in Miami, Florida in 2013.


Today Barack Obama is heading to a “crumbling bridge” outside New York City to try to pressure Congress into giving the nation’s infrastructure an infusion of cash.
