What's with those zany "Z" ztocks? Has anyone else noticed that a bunch of these outright scams and just plain dog stocks always start with the letter 'Z'? ZZZZBest Zitel Zonagen Zenith Zilog Zoom telephonics Zycad Zycom Zygo I'm sure there are some good "Z" companies, but I must admit...whenever I see a company on SI or Motley fool with a silly-sounding Z-name, I always peruse it as a possible short candidate. I could say the same about the "-X" companies (Bre-X, Solv-ex). Makes you wonder what would happen if you started a hedge fund that simply took all the "Z" and "-X" stocks and shorted them.....
