Ron: Price seems to be slowly falling with no investor support what soever. It's at a pre-split price of around .47 cents. Reverse split stocks that are in the same trouble KLOC is, usually dwindle down to the origional pre split price. The investor is the ultimate loser. Kloc can now dilute the shares outstanding if they wish, as the reverse split decreased the number of shares outstanding. By issuing more shares the company receives the capital, over-payed management receives their fat paychecks, and the shareholder is duped. If they ever choose to issue more shares it will certainly be a sign that they have no regard for shareholders, and that they are just a stock churning machine. IMHO.

Sincerely: C. W. Oakes
