Solars retreat after India reportedly mulls tariffs.......Any note the further mauling that CSIQ recived today on earnings?

How prescient all the analyst's upgrades in jan/feb, solar was going to be a "gold rush" in 2014 according to young Deutsch Bank young green energy specialists. (the worst upgrade record on the street since Lehman Bros)

Guess those analysts didnt forsee it going to 22 before their 54 targets, how irresponsible & totally lacking in FA, lawsuits being filed as i write.
