| | | Exactly... and this applies to ALL common medical conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, and others... the nutrition "experts" promote and create these illnesses and the pharmaceutical companies want it that way... this is why America is so fat and overweight...
Look how the notion of low fat food being better for you has become a "fact" when the truth is that low fat foods are worse for us... fat itself is good and healthy... we should focus on low carb and low sugar foods, not low fat foods... I lost 80 pounds removing high carb and high sugar food from my diet, I eat all the fat I want including bacon and eggs for breakfast, and so on... dietary fat and body fat are not linked in any way, and anyone who tells you otherwise is a liar or clueless, or both...
So, what about all those medical research studies that show fat being bad for us??? Here's the truth about "all those studies"...
There was only ONE single study that was ever done, and it was conducted in 1950 that claimed that fat was not healthy for us... that one study was so flawed in so many ways that the medical community dismissed it as unfounded... and guess what, it was funded by the Kellogg company who then touted the results of that study as proof that their breakfast cereal was better for you... so today, everyone believes fat is a bad for us as a scientific given, but dietary fat is one of the best foods we could have for our health...
