Ted,

I am not sure the year on the slides, 2011, was accurate. I think these slides were presented at the shareholders meeting before the CC so the specific slides weren't discussed on the CC. The issues you raise that Raefield raised under threats, I took to mean that these are potential issues but they think/hope they won't be.

I also like the transparency. We can see how things match up the rest of the year with what was predicted to get a better idea about how they are really doing.

While the numbers don't add up to the 7-8 million that had been mentioned before, I am hoping/guessing that this is an underpromise/overdeliver type of guidance that Raefield delivered. I would rather have that approach then shoot for the sky and fall short and be disappointed.

There was one potential large contract of about 150-200K that was mentioned on the CC that I think Viscount was bidding on. Raefield said that for the bigger contracts, that they needed some certification that they are applying for now, not sure if that was the UL certification or not. There was a question of MSFT using their product on the call and he said that they use them in smaller settings around the campus but MSFT is not going to be replacing their access entry systems right now. But he felt that when they do decide to change their access systems, that they would go with Viscount. They show visitors that ask the Viscount systems on the MSFT campus and that is starting to get some interest and some sales calls. MSFT does get a cut of the revenue that comes from referrals.
