Thanks Neal. I didn't see any dates on the presentation (didn't look), but that 2011 quote I gave was quoting the former CEO about having passed UL and FCC certifications and more or less saying their product is ready to go. Now, he we are 3 years later being told for the first time that they failed the UL test this last quarter and hope to pass this quarter. That's confusing and a concern because this may be a situation where companies only will switch if their old systems are costing more to maintain than it would be to replace, or the old systems fail to meet new standards. But VSYS has to meet the new standards. And, there have to be new standards required (which my understanding is there aren't yet). So, after hiring new employees I fear the ability to sell will be tougher than we might have been led to believe -- almost the exact same situation as with IMSC. And like with IMSC there are other companies that currently meet the UL standards that VSYS isn't meeting..

Glad to hear someone asked about Microsoft, but the answer seems to confirm my concerns. Just because we have a superior product doesn't mean it is cost effective to dump a working product. We should be able to land new construction projects though, and cyber-sensitive ones too. Anyway I know I'm complaining a lot lately but to go from 7-5 to 5.6 in about a month makes one wonder why and what will really be driving sales.
