National toque day. This is the official day that Canadians no longer have to wear togues. From now until Sept 20 our Toques are put away. Do you not have a similar day where you live?
Quebec does not celebrate this day, instead they have national beret day. This is the day that their toques get put away and their national hat of choice replaces the Toque.

You should study Canadian culture, no telling how much you might learn.
