HI iso, That may be,but if you listen to the main stream media in HOUSTON - they will tell you the same lame economy's not right crap. I think all too often in this decade we have been told things are bad and we should live in fear when things are really quite good. I'm now at my mothers in Wisconsin - new homes are being built for the first time in years. I have a fioren in the dry wall business he's super busy - many of the building trades have grown too old to work physically - the trades skill are very slim here. Good young kids both working - saved their 20% down and are doing well. The old conservative beliefs that prevented over levered crisis are being abandonned by conservative thinking people. Work hard save your money and plan conservatively is alive and well in the country's midwest. May not be that way in DC - but politicians have too much power and influence. It is time we work hard, live good and not rely on any promise from a guy or gal who are accustomed to taking from one and giving to another. JMHO Bob
