Hi Iso,

Absolutely agreed on regarding your son.

Todays tech are very challenged by electronics - emissions transmissions injector and a mother load of sensors.

A great time to be a well trained mechanic.

I would immediately hire 4 IF I knew where to find them.

Ditto for young people entering the body shop business - it is an exacting type of repair now. Insurance companies require perfection to eliminate liability issues and life time guarantees.

My auto painter speaks broken english has made well over 100,000 for more than 10 years and his daughter just graduated from medical school.

Auto painter if good/can go anywhere and make 100K.

The student debt is just another balloon or bubble created by too much money given out easily by politicians.

College kids who don't want to begin entry level; jobs just keep going to school and then complain there aren't any high paying jobs out there.

Well you have to know where to start and knowing what you want to do is a gift - but you have to have the gumption to like something besides being on the teat of your parents or free government money.

So your son isn't having a hard time buying a house (with affordability at very low levels).

Many urban dwellers enjoying rent and heat assistance with food stamps - stay stuck in their economic level - very often the result of a drug habit or below the screen drug selling business.

It is not the bad economy - it is too much government assistance.

Not wanting to take the entry level job plunge again.

Congrats on your son and the out of the box thinking you gave him with direction.

Management in a dealership is a very satisfying job - you develope and train people - He'll make good money and you very proud as he progresses up the management ladder.

The most successful dealer friend I have now owns 6 franchises is 10 years younger than I and statered out in service as a wash boy.

Keith Kocourek - just way more successful than my dreams of myself were.

The sky is the limit!!

Thanks for the great story iso!!

Bob
