Mornin' Dennis. This jumped out at me from the portion of your post about drilling, stimulation and performance in Permian Basin horizontal wells:

Confirms what we've been seeing in the Appalachian Basin. This technology is STILL advancing. As it continues to reduce project costs, it's making more oil and natural gas reserves economic to recover.

The only thing I can foresee that would interrupt this BOOM is another recession. But, it would be only an interruption AND present another window to buy into. Stocks for you guys. MOAR mineral acreage for moi...))
