I noticed Cisco has taken a stake in this company which has soared
to $30. Cisco usually keeps their finger on the pulse when it comes to
networking. It would be nice to know why they took a stake in this small company.

SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 18, 1996-- International
Network Services ( inss ) today announced the initial public offering of 2,500,000
shares of common stock at a price of $16 per share.

"International Network is a very good company with a great future, although it's
still not justified at this price," said Shah. He added Cisco Systems Inc 8.3 percent
stake in International was also contributing to the gains.

"This company will probably be acquired by another large player, and Cisco is the
leading contender becasue of its 8.3 percent stake," he said.

International Network provides services for complex enterprise networks. It has
435 employees in 17 cities and its clients include AT&T Corp , Ascend
Communications Inc , Georgia-Pacific Corp and Sprint Corp .
