Andy, I would buy only if TSNG drops below the cash value. Sombody just quoted Peter Lynch saying "Companies don't owe dbt don't go bankruptcy." And if they stay, they will always find a good future.

For TSNG right now, their technology or business is probably not worth of anything. But if a company who has a highly inflated stock, say Yahoo or AT&T, but they don't have a good balance sheet. It would be ideal for those kind of companies to buy TSNG with their cheap stocks. Then TSNG shareholder can casj in the stocks or hold those stocks that at least will have a future.

You are right again, those days there are so many beaten down stocks. But unfortunately, the Nifty-Fifty is over priced at the same time !

Guess there is just no fairness in the market - unless we have a 5~10 year horizon.
