It's a "looks good on paper" penny stock. Like many such others, it is touted by some brokers as "the next thing" and more than one broker has this stock as their primary position. What is worrisome? For one, it keeps changing its promised product. Web over electric lines? Remote read/control power meters? Electro-mechanical sphincter valves? For another, it is always just a few weeks away from signing a lucrative deal with someone (The African Republic of Lower Umptisquat?) that will make the stock go public and big, and has been for years.

I hold an outside chance that Mr. Dillon, et al, will do something of value -- perhaps this year. Of course, I also suspect that there really is a Klingon Home World, so take my advice accordingly. At the very least, it's entertainment as a Lottery Ticket is entertainment.
