Re; private lawsuit update No thanks, count me out. I have a hard time understanding why you are taking this route. Assuming you entered after the big debacle ( a fairly safe assumption, no?), what was it that you were not aware of regarding the company? was it management, financial situation?????? I think even investors that established a position before the announcement of the disaster may still have a hard time proving their case. Why? there were certain events that were made public that kindda of hinted at things to come, i.e. paying interest/pentalty on unpaid claims, etc. Zead
