The system screams out for competent management. With a bloated budget, increasing by ridiculous amounts every year, they literally can't find enough ways to spend it. That's why they go ahead and spend $500 million on new conference room furniture. This is one of the biggest boondoggles in the federal bureaucracy.

Give the veterans the care they need and stop the nonsense.
