You are right to the extent that S. Korea has to accept responsibility before it figures out the cure. But helping S. Korea find its footing soon is as important to the rest of the industrialized world as it is to S. Korea. US and Japan have strong vested interest in seeing S. Korea afloat. And vote of confidence has to come soon before the situation becomes more destabilized and require a bigger bailout. This weekend is not too soon, IMO. Tulvio
