Why isn't it a valid trend line? It looks like a trend line that was broken and the price is now trying to penetrate it on the upside. And, if it does penetrate it, it would go through the 600-625 range which is the where the 1st peak was, and therefore is a resistance area, before going through 675+, the 2nd resistance area and if it goes through this on high volume, Apple is in virgin territory. Unless it collapses and fills the hole(gap).
