TORONTO, Dec. 12 /CNW/ - Vasogen Inc. (ME: VAS) recently announced news
on European Regulatory Approval for VasoCare(TM) therapy. A conference call
for the investment community will be held on Monday, December 15th, 1997 at
4:15 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, at which time Vasogen's President and CEO,
David G. Elsley, will discuss the implications of the European Approval, as
