Yes, it certainly will hurt small business. AND if anyone wonders why that matters, have them check to see where there IS business growth as a rule....it is SMALL business NOT large business that actually is the engine that grows growth in this country....

Think Microsoft, Starbucks, Costco, Video games, Video movies, etc etc The most stable businesses were insurance companies, banks, law firms, accounting firms etc....Then by the late 80's early 90's, those 'formerly large businesses were like pick up sticks..." Everything was topsy turvey!! ,.....Microsoft started in 1979, we had job listings in 1981, and in 1983 when I started my business, the batch of small businesses then were on their way to becoming large businesses....

The US Government defines small business as under 500 employees.....
