Sounds like a ploy to keep potential suitors from doing a hostile
takeover while the stock is cheap. Of course RACE will not like any
low ball offers now, wait until the price goes back up.

I guess we know the reason for the shortfall now. No Worms 2 or
Ultimate Race Pro in December because GTIS wanted it delayed to March.
