And what do you infer from this? That higher minimum wages create prosperity?

Tell me how that minimum wage is working out in Stevens, Grant, Franklin and Yakima counties?

Let's be honest about it: Washington State IS King county. There is plenty of opportunity there, but where else? If the minimum wage is statewide, why isn't the economic opportunity statewide?

The answer of course, is that King County has enough other activity to overcome a high minimum wage. The rest of the state, not so much.
