I heard it was a white kid. But we'll see- I don't make any snap judgments in the aftermath of these things, since the facts tend to be confused (although I'm comfortable with "We've got too many fucking guns loose in this country"- I'm comfortable with the veracity of that statement). I've got ex-students at Santa Barbara who are all talking about this online.
