IMO a substantial stock market correction that included the tech giants would have a domino effect on the real estate market here.

Interesting so it would be a similar pattern like 1989, 2001 and 2008? Only prices even more out of whack now in these unique markets? Still believe in the economic cycle and housing cycle. Unfortunately I see current trends continuing several more years making the imbalances even greater. Would be scary if both the economic and housing cycles top at the same time in say 3-5 years? Guessing we need overbuilding and overleveraging again before we crack yet again? Is intown Seattle starting to get overbuilt yet?
