Prior owner harvested the mature trees - in 08' - before we bot the place. If it's still for sale, in a few weeks, we may look at 53 acres 12 miles NW of here. Good access via, all weather, hard surface road. No cutting there for 17 yrs. Should a lot of mature trees ready to market. Better be good. They're asking top dollar. Iso
