I just saw a foreclosure come up today here in hawaii that was bought in 06 and guaranteed hasn't made payment since 07. Zombie real estate market moves on. How much is added to GDP by 5 million homeowners NOT making mortgage payments? Fed has shifted its QE spiel to housing from jobs.
