>>Only 6.4 million shares voted which is less than a quorum
Is this true??? How many shares does it take to reach quorum?
I looked at the brochure that we got from osicom Par CHadha 2,426,551 shares R2 Partners 1,107,501 rand research 585,858 sharon chadha 908,364 Barry Witz 1,858,475 Brite lite 1,121,275 xin cheng 196,945 humbert powell 145,097
total shares 8,350,066 + other share holders that turned in their votes...
WE should have alot more then 6 million shares.......
One of the top list didn't vote?
1) Maybe the board decided not to hold a vote because they want add a new proposal (merger, sell units, on the new proxy)
2) for some reason one of the top group of stock holders couldn't vote
3) you fill me in I don't get it.... |
