Pizza margins are the highest in the restaurant industry. Papa Murphy's niche is families and convenience. Price for a family meal is much less than going out. Many families do not wish to pay tips or have their kids screaming in a restaurant. IMHO this is a winner long term. Once the company expands into areas unserved the profits will increase.
