Less,
This is a sociological issue. Our culture has gone through drastic changes over the last few decades. These changes are having unintended consequences.
That is an understatement.

When everything starts losing its meaning, when people define their significance by what they feel rather than what is good, just, and sensible, we should not be surprised when we see more and more of these mass murdering LOSERS.

I mean, come on, the guy was frustrated at society because he was a virgin and had trouble trying to get girls to notice him? Guess what, at his age, I too was a virgin. I too loved video games. And I too had trouble trying to get girls to notice me. Did I become a mass murderer? Of course not! That's downright INSANE.

Anyway, it's too bad this latest episode is being played out the exact same way as all the other episodes of mass murder. How did society fail him, how did his parents fail him, how can we prevent stuff like this in the future, how can we keep guns away from these LOSERS, guns don't kill people people kill people, etc.

No one is asking the deeper questions, at least not in the mainstream media, because that's just not politically correct anymore. And that's what's going to ensure more and more of the same.
