With appologies to F.Greiffenstein, This question is for anyone who can answer. I'm long on TPRO & greatful; however I have a question that I havn't seen addressed. Suppose Tava (Topro) does all the work of finding the problem embedded chips for a company. What is Tava's exposure to litigation if/when somthing goes wrong, Y2k wise, that is traced to a failure to find one or more problem chips? Don't get me wrong, I think TPRO is the best thing to come down the pike for me in a while. But I have this one concern. Nothing/no one is perfect. As I said, I'm long on TPRO and intend to stay with it for a long time. I know, understand, believe & have confidence in TPRO's story. Full confidence in the DD of most on this thread (Not knowing how to do DD on my own yet). While I expect Tava's mngmnt has this covered, I havn't heard it addressed anywhere. Did i miss it?

Thanks to all the pro's here, C.K. T.M. etc. All of you have helped me no end. Many questions answered & much confidence gained thereby.

By the way, the only way I know how to submit a message is to hit the respond butten. Often I want to simply post without responding to anyone in particular, as in this one. But I can't find where to change the name in the "To" field. Can someone explain that to me. Thanks again. :-)
