I must be slipping. While the IRR is just above 15% this is a positive PEA. NPV is around $294 million. No way I am saying this is a very positive PEA but saying a mine is not "buildable" seems to overstate the negative case. At any rate their first hole of the new program has been completed near a shallower hole that was halted for technical reasons in 2 meters of 10 g/t au. No guarantee the new hole will show any additional ore but nice to know the prior hole bottomed in ore.
