John, I respectfully disagree re. " the tech threads are filled with fear". A good example is this one- despite drop most remain convinced that intel will come back (I'm one of them but I just came to the conclusion that it may be from a much lower level). When fear replaces complacency on this thread, that will be a sign of intel bottom - unfortunately I think we have a way to go.
