Bill, not to put words in Sankar's mouth, I think what he is refereing to is that these companies can't susidize their costs by rolling up huge debt without having to pay off the debt and interest. As they try to roll over their debts it will come with higher interest rates in the least and probably with the institutions requireing them to show how they plan to be able to pay off their debts in the future. They can show that they can pay off the debts by using the same disastrous market share buying pricing policies of the past.
