Can anyone explain how AMZN and YHOO can hold up so well in this bloodbath market? It seems like everything has been going down in almost all sectors, and many stocks not even related to Asia at all. I have yet to figure out how they hold up. I guess everyone decides not to sell, but why are they so confident in these stocks. It would seem to me that when people are nervous they would want to make sure they are not investing in overvalued companies. It makes me think I must be missing something. Also negative news seems to do nothing to these stocks where other stocks get killed. How many times have we seen AMZN written up as being the most overvalued stock. By the way I did make money in all these stocks long, but that was when it was a party on Wall Street. Hard to believe it was just 2 months ago.
